Delicious, authentic Mexican. Pollo tinga tacos are incredible. Great chips, pico, and guacamole. They also bring out three unique salsas that are all wonderful.

Seriously underrated! Vegan & gluten free Mexican. Wide variety of options, and it doesn’t feel like the same thing repurposed across the menu (a common tactic at some vegan spots). Good for groups!

Great brunch. Good spot for groups. Start with the Bourbon Spiked Mocha, guacamole + chips and the queso with sausage. For the main course I highly recommend the Chilaquiles with Cecina Beef.

When you're with at least four people, get the platter which they serve on a huge wooden board to share that includes Asada Oaxaquena, Carne Enchilada, Green Chorizo, Cecina, and Grilled Queso Blanco.
Absolutely the most delicious meaty and juicey chicken wings. Some of the best I have ever had, and thar's saying a lot. The honey BBQ sauces wings are to die for. A must try!

Ask for Garlic Knots. The guy will tell you they're "2 euros". Relatedly, they're delicious.

Try the pipian (roasted pumpkin seed) mole; it's rich, complex, and deeply satisfying.
Humble atmosphere. Hands down the best mole in the city. Expect family service and truly authentic Sinaloa cuisine. Tan RICOOOO!!!
The burritos here are the size of your head. Come with your appetite intact. Strongly recommend the black bean soup!
Exotic coffee shops like this are one of the reasons I love the city. A grungy coffee shop, bar and outdoor patio place all in one. The mocha MUD makes a perfect mid-afternoon Saturday coffee.
Go all the way to the back, the very back to find an enclosed garden that feels great in winter or summer. And order the rosemary chicken sandwich. Yes they have more than good coffee here.

A favorite! Cheap and amazing veggies. Pretty much everything on the menu is worth trying. Order a market plate and don't forget dessert! The apple pie and the oreo are sooo yummy.
