Start off with a smooth Texas Lemonade and try the prime rib, rare. Nice and bloody with au jus and horseradish sauce and a loaded baked potato. The fresh bread and marbled brisket and beef ribs too.
I had the Norwegian Salmon and 1lb. baked potato. It came with pineapple cole slaw and their special pinto beans. All of it was delicious. The salmon was a large portion. Enough for leftovers.
