The duck larb is awesome. Papaya salads, boat noodle soup (dark broth soup) are very good here. Try their Thai teas. One of the better Thai spots in the area.
Simply the best Thai food in NYC. Catfish mango salad, raw blue crab papaya salad, whole striped bass with spicy lemon sauce, rard na noodles. All amazing!!

My favorite of the Elmhurst/Woodside Thai restaurants. One of only two spots in NYC to find miang kana, so order that. Also, the crispy catfish salad is best in class.
Noodles at Ploy Thai come in thick, triangularly-cut sections that taste fresh and "rice-y," with more heat than sweetness.
Cute, inexpensive, little Thai place. My picks: Crispy Calamari, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Thai Iced Tea.. Try the Panang Duck, too- It's really good!
Good Thai with some dishes you won't find at most other restaurants, like Lao-style papaya salad and "sun-soaked pork strips," marinated pork jerky that's great with beer.
If you like soup, Beef Sukiyaki Udon is the best. It's a big claypot bowl so it can be shared.

The older gentleman that waits tables is so sweet and friendly! Their pho is considered one of the first/original in the area. Their spring rolls are homemade and you can taste the difference. Love!

Shrimp, green papaya, basil, and mint salad very refreshing. Also enjoyed the pork with Vietnamese "angel hair" , wrapped in lettuce.

BEST ice cream ever!!! $1 for a decent portion... They sell this outside the restaurant during the summer... Many flavors available... Green tea is delicious!
