John W: One of 2 decades-old Korean restaurants in JH, Haewoondae offers good food & fresh banchan. I always enjoy watching the ajumas & ajushis eating, drinking, talking, & arguing into the night.
Alvin Yeung: Banchan was good. BBQ I thought would be cheaper. We had better and more for less in Tokyo surprisingly. Guess Sik Gaek is still reigning champ in Queens.
Aaron Lei: I've been having Korean food in different cities, and this is my favourite Korean restaurant. The free side dishes are incredibly delicious with variety, the people are also extremely friendly
Queens Killer: Been frequenting this place since it first opened up as Takari. Raw shrimp salad (with beer) is the bomb!
Serious Eats: Good Thai with some dishes you won't find at most other restaurants, like Lao-style papaya salad and "sun-soaked pork strips," marinated pork jerky that's great with beer.
Samantha Y: WHERE'S THE LIGHT SWITCH FOR THE BATHROOM AHHH

Racky Ross: This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants around. Try the fermented eggs, the friend shrimps or the pork , salad. Yummy big portions.
Jeremy Parroco: Small place, slow service and mediocre food.
Village Voice: Love the bar snacks, like sour sausage offered w/ basil, mint, peanuts, and pickled veggies.
