My favorite in the neighborhood. Coffee is surprisingly good in addition to juice & smoothie. I liked the spicy tuna sandwich too. A lot of space to bring your laptop and readings plus free wifi.

Excellent cappuccino, wet and smooth. Intelligentsia espresso was right balance of sweet and bitter. Balthazar almond croissant was delicious
The drinks (South East Coast and Hidden Garden) were good but pricey at $15 each. The avocado toast was a little to crunchy for me. Outdoor seating and view is nice though.
For me, the avocado toast was too delicious. The food was pretty good and the drinks were fantastic.

Nosh on French toast rolled in Cap’n Crunch for weekend brunch, and fresh seafood and comfort dishes at the casual eatery near South Street Seaport.
My favorite neighborhood spot! Great place to catch up with friends over frozen margaritas and the food is simple but pretty good, with big portions.
Clutch spot in FiDi. Lobster rolls are killer, crab rolls are also a win. Their toasted bread has the perfect butter flavor that really makes anything delicious. Skip the clam chowder, nothing special

I had clover club and it was delicious. Try some dark liquor based drinks. They had a big selection of whiskey, rye, and bourbon.
They grow and roast their own beans in Puerto Rico and ship them fresh to NY once every two weeks. A nice smooth roast. Super friendly service.
