Without a doubt Saigon is still a favorite gathering place for people from all walks of life in Fort Wayne. Clean simple Pho is delicious. There is a bustle in here still at after 2 in the afternoon.
Pho and egg roll were amazing. I can't wait to return next time I'm in town!

The pho with raw beef is amazing! No worries - the beef cooks in the soup. The soup base is very warm and doesn't need anything added to it except the Thai basil.

The cheddar broccoli soup is amazing!! (My 2 year old eats it by dipping her bagel pieces into it) Get some to go as well--it heats up well and still tastes fresh if you make it the next day. :)

I’ve only ever had the sushi here, so I can’t speak for everything, but this is our go to spot. The sashimi is by far the best in town. All the rolls are on par with Asakusa.
