Short rib beef stroganoff is the truth. Steaks are the same as Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, which is the best anywhere.
Buffet has great variety. However if you want spicy food. Order off the menu. They will adjust the spice level if you request it.
Veggie heads should try the okra masala. It's really good!

Lamb vindaloo is especially good, nice and spicy. Naan is also top notch. Very friendly service
