Chips cost extra, but you don't really need them – entrees come with tortilla soup and tortillas, so mix that fresh, spicy pico de gallo into the soup and scoop up the salsa with the corn tortillas.
You have to pay for the chips and salsa, which is pretty lame. But the food is outstanding. Try the guisado de puerco with the verde sauce and corn tortillas, super excellent.
The Chiles Rellenos de Queso are among the best around. The Guisada de Puerco en salsa verde is very good. If you order Tex-Mex dishes, you will likely be disappointed.
If it's your first time, they give you a free taco for eating in. Great corn tortillas as well!

Pecan-Crusted Redfish can't rave enough about this dish! The flavor combos work so well and the brown butter is the icing on the cake. You can't go wrong with this dish!

Best chilaquiles anywhere that I've ever had them. Half portion is plenty for breakfast unless you're starving. Step next door to their bakery for pan dulce!

Awesome authentic style food! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the barbacoa and eggs with potatoes and retried beans and it was amazing.
Salsa is pretty bland but the rest of the food is PHENOMENAL! I recommend any of their carne selections, all amazing! Service was so-so. But the taste of the food is worth the little flaws

I like to order a mild bean burrito and a regular crunchy taco so that I can dup the taco fillings into the burrito. It's delicious.
Tortilla soup ROCKED as did the grilled seafood lunch plate. Jalapeño shrimp were incredible. Will be back. Service outstanding.
