Fantastic venue, my favorite experience while visiting NOLA. Be sure to wait in line at least an hour before the concert. Real, classic, intimate, virtuous, musical experience. A must!

Snapping turtle soup, oysters revolution style, cold meat platters are excellent. Service is meticulous, atmosphere relaxed and intimate. Leave room for the souffle. Skip entrees if you must.

This place is tiny, cozy & cute. I love the decor & upstairs seating. The Cuban is 100% on point and their espresso drinks have simple finesse. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Excellently designed tiki cocktails. Lapu Lapu bowl is especially good (and a bartender favorite apparently). Chicken wings are surprisingly exquisite.
"The other Tiki bar" may have won Food & Wine's Best New Bar in the US, but L29's dream team of mixologists creates far superior cocktails that are not only drinkable but also delicious.

A true gem in the French Quarter built and directed by the wonderful Matthew Hearn.
Ask to sit outside on their patio, it's a nice cozy environment. Otherwise we tried the gumbo and poy-boy for the first time, and we loved it! Everything was fresh and delicious. Worth stopping at!
