If you don't mind street and Bourbon noise, book a balcony suite. If you want it quiet, definitely ask for a quiet room -- not a courtyard room! They're really loud too!

Kimberly was our "server" and gave us what may be the worst service I have ever experienced in NoLa. Bee's Knees was a great cocktail but I was not overly impressed with the food.

I don't know what everyone's complaining about but we didn't have one qualm with our experience. As mentioned, Charles was an EXCELLENT server, manager was nice, and food couldn't have been better!
