Amanda Crawford: Thanks for the tasty coffee, and letting me use your wifi when I was unemployed and the internet hadn't been set up at my new apartment.
Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guide: This, the original branch of Cafe Grumpy, is a favorite spot of ours for working good coffee. Lots of tables, a smattering of plugs, and sometimes overwhelmed wifi. Top notch baked goods.
