Angie Gannon: The bison big blue bacon burger (alliteration anyone?) is to die for. Pair it with an Ommegang beer & you'll fall into a food coma afterwards, but it's so worth it.
Sam Brown: Great craft beer selection, lots of local brews on tap. Burgers are ace, don't be afraid to go off reservation and get the regular bacon, applewood bacon, Canadian bacon and turkey bacon on yours!

Kathryn Yu: Can't get in for dinner? Make a reservation for brunch instead, where you can have poached eggs and salmon over latkes, shirred eggs with truffle shavings, crispy thick-cut bacon, and a Bloody Mary.
