A cozy, old-world café in Greenwich Village with good coffee and good food. Come here for a tasty retreat on a rainy day and get their cappuccino and uno panini.
The Verona panini was delicious! Got the panini special which was supposed to come with a soda, but upgraded to a cappuccino. Wait staff is also incredibly friendly and charming!
Get the london chicken sandwich (on whole wheat panini). Replace swiss cheese with goat cheese. So good.

It's very small. In the basement next to La Lanterna. They share a menu and have good food and a decent wine list. Good musicians. Inexpensive cover. Get there early for a good seat.

For when you DGAF and just want some delicious fried food. Super-crispy fries hold up to cheese sauce beautifully. Recommend the Cray (Peruvian hot sauce) and General Tso sauces.
Calling these chicken fingers is almost offensive. They're the best I've ever had. $17 for 5 is a steal to split between two people. Salted caramel is required. Also, truffle fries.
