Apparently the only place where you can have veg mac and cheese and it was worth the trip! They didn't have the muffin ice cream sandwich but the waitress suggested for a chocolate cookie one instead.
The brunch was excellent. We shared the sweet potato pancakes & “chicken” and fried “fish” with grits & veggies. I need to go back to try everything else.
This is my second go round and I'm especially impressed with the veggie shrimp parm. It's soy-free and delish!!! The staff is amazing 💗
Beautiful ambience and nice service. Sit outside if you can. Excellent wine list. Corn soup is delish (skip if you're lactose-intolerant).
While the space was jinxed in the past, the new wine bar is a hit with the nabe elites. It's even crowded during a blizzard! An endless wine selection. The lobster carpaccio & skirt steak is a must!
Could be great if service was at the level of the wine list. Food is good. Wines are well picked But service is as organized as traffic on a busy day in Cairo!

We had the cornbread with maple butter which was like dessert, along with the deviled eggs which were delicious, lunch prix fix $30. Fried chicken and shrimp with grits. Delicious! Did not disappoint!
