Keep an eye out for this chic Harlem restaurant. The Cecil offers Afro-Asian-American cuisine. The decor is beautiful and is headed by Richard Parsons.
Don't miss the Ponty burger and Ponty martini with the edible flower. The pancakes were also delicious, thin with just the right amount of crispiness around the edge.
Incredible classic cocktails in Harlem. Top Mixology, cracked ice, outre concoctions, intimate, amazing.
Great place, very romantic and honestly it is the best cocktail above 59th St! Read more.
Food was amazing and the waiters are awesome not to mention cute! So happy I came here instead of red rooster. I will definitely be coming back for the food and hospitality
Amazing customer service with a cozy atmosphere. Bottomless mimosas and sangria makes it one of my favorite brunch spots. The food is always on point too!
Small & intimate with good service. The catfish, mac n' cheese and string beans were bomb.com. They also had UNLIMITED Mimosas I was passed out in the car after brunch. Definitely TRY BILLIE'S BLACK!
