The Corcoran Group: One of the best places to enjoy live music enjoy Cajun food in the city. There is a $10 food/drink minimum per person.
Oliver Ceballos: Awesome place to enjoy a nice meal while watching a live Jazz concert. I recommend to make a reservation and getting there 30 minutes before showtime to get a nice table. Great place for a date.

The Corcoran Group: What used to be an old bank has been cleverly converted into a modern day performance space with stadium style seating, great sightlines and a nice bar.
Kevin Vaughn: A very spacious yet intimate theater. Not much to look at but very clean and modern. "The Last Five Years" boasts a duo of incredibly emotional performances that will charm and break your heart.
Brian DeVito: One of the most consistent Off-Broadway theaters. Great location, fair prices, friendly staff and comfortable seats to supplement great works & performances.
