Spicy bamboo has a strong taste and ramen broth is amazing “light” offering is tasty enough. Gyoza and pork belly very good!

My first time trying their ramen. It's good and up to standard. But Tsukemen was so outstanding that you won't order ramen there XD
No flip flops unless you want a free pair of black socks. Spoken from experience. Wagyu truffle gyoza nothing great.
Nobu is just great all around the world ! rock shrimp tempura ,Yellowtail Jalapeno , Beef toban , Black cod .. everything is just great.

Don't be put off by the word seafood in the restaurant name, the pork and chicken tonkatsu's are great (as are the oysters and prawns tonkatsu's). Also, the rice and lettuce are unlimited :)
Crispy gyoza (pot stickers) were not crispy
Dumpling is a must. Worth the fame it has. Vegetables, soups, noodles, everything is good and worth the money. Staffs are friendly but make mistakes since they are too busy with crowded guests.

The broth is a bit greasy for me. I like their gyoza (dumplings)! Service pretty good as well. Worth a go! (Recommend to watch Tampopo to understand the ramen culture)
