great lounge! A homey feeling, good facilities like shower, day suite, massage, dedicate dining area with great food and a bar with snack and dessert room, nearly forget there is food in flight!
best business airport lounge ever. the design is gorgeous modern chinese. the noodle bar is awesome. but it's the tea room that takes the cake. would be considered amazing even if not in an airport.

Cathay's The Wing lounge has good food and relaxing atmosphere. Love when I can relax here before flights back to the States.
Lovely lounge, great food, fabulous staff, great wifi, showers etc.... But a lousy Westend Eternity sparkling cuvée? Surely Qantas Business deserves better Aussie Bubbly made in traditional way?

When arriving early but early check-in is not possible, usage of the health club lounge area on 9th floor is an superb option. Comfy like an airline lounge with self-served coffee & tea / soft drinks.

Despite construction. Staff is wonderful and the executive lounge is a must. They have me thousand island every Morning without asking. And it's not even on the buffet :) sweet

Great view from the business lounge at the top. Hotel room is spacious and good design for a modern twist and maximise space. Hotel shower is strong which is the most important thing for me!
Forget the vomit-inducing Ozone bar on 118/F and grab a window seat in the lobby lounge on 102/F. You trade the 16 less floors for good service, comfort, elegance and a live singer.
