Ocean Park is SOOO MUCH FUN!! Go during the week for fast access to rides. There's lots of fast rides for those who want an adrenalin rush! The cable car is great during the day and at night.

Lovely park on HK island. Not a lot of green grass but at least there are some trees and a pond. Quite sculpted and man made, but that's reflective of HK overall.
It's one of the best parks in Hong Kong. It's one of Hong Kong smallest parks, but it's a good place to relax in middle of the city.
Great place to walk, sit and tai chi. My favorite city park. It's like a park on a mountain with the cave path, fountains, squares, towers, aviary, birds, mini river, bridges and popcorn.
This park has everything from lakes to grassed areas, playgrounds, sport, fitness, swimming... In the heart of the city!

THE park of Hong Kong, where a lot of events take place including the lunar year market, flower exhibition and political events etc. right at the heart of the city.
wear comfy shoes and breezy clothes (unless you're coming on Winter) -- Spend the entire day for a leisurely walk around the park and make sure you enjoy the beautiful Fireworks around 9pm :)

If you want some stair training and elevation, you can start and end at Admiralty Station, getting to the trail via Hong Kong Park and the Tramway Path. There and back is a bit more than 10k
Flat, tarmacced trail that is about 4.1km long. Lots of joggers use this route and you get some truly exceptional views out over HK island. This is my favourite easy walk in HK.
