Duc never disappoints. Great Wagyu steak and he gets these enormous, sweet, chunky lobster tails flown in from Tristan de Cunha island. Incredible. One of the best stocked bars in town.
Duc's duck is the best and definitely worth a try. The family style dining is a great experience, and the hospitality is second to none. Say hi to Ian!
I followed the tip on the butterfish and it was absolutely amazing! The escargo is also just perfect! This place serves great food, I'm impressed.
The baked Kona lobster is to die for -- Big Island goat cheese, black pepper port syrup, orange ginger rosemary butter. Escargot style but without the nasty snails!
Try the Kona Lobster w/ Old Fashioned Creamed Corn - This was a riff on an escargot preparation. The butter sauce had a hint of curry I think

We had almost everything, kim chee fried rice, big ass steak, fried pork chops, escargot, bonless kalbi, calamari, poki, and more.
Get the pork chops, kimchee fried rice, and the steak. You will leave happy (but waddling)!
The pan fried pork chops are to die for here...but so is the fried butter poundcake. You've been warned.

While steaks are deliciously buttery, consider the hand cut pork chops. BBQ shrimp, veal osso buco ravioli, carpaccio highly recommended. Waikiki exclusive is Embassy's Slice of Heaven (mud pie).

My fave place for brunch w/ drinks at Kaimana Beach front. Their cocktails are legit 🍹💖 If you're visiting, do try Mai Tai (Waikīkī Mai Tai or 1944) and make a reservation for the lanai seats.
