We take guests from out of town here on their first night. They talk about it all weekend and sometimes want to go back the next day. Brisket sandwich on jalapeño bread with raw onion is my favorite.

Brisket sandwich is 1/3 lb. of brisket. For an extra $2, get a 1/2 lb. of brisket and 4 slices of free bread to make two sandwiches!
Try the monster baked potato. The potato salad is a lock. As is the rib plate come early to avoid the wait. The brisket is on point also avoid sauce on the brisket sandwich.
Chicken Sausage is awesome! Great ribs and brisket. Old school BBQ Sauce taste great!
I needed a lunch respite from a conference and found Leeland House. While off-the-beaten-track, it is an oasis w/ wonderful food & wine (I got the brisket sandwich & Pinot gris, which were amazing)!

I had the Moist Brisket Sandwich. It was amazing! I'm a Texan, so BBQ had to be perfect for me to say that. Also, fresh Sweet Tea! Three thumbs up!

Came here for lunch with some coworkers and ordered a chopped beef brisket sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw, and a glass of lemonade. The coleslaw was average, but everything else was AWESOME.

Always a cool place to grab lunch, esp when you can sit outside! Good list of rotating local craft beer as well as the general assortment of burgers, dogs and sandwiches which are all pretty good.

Good sized portions of home style cooking. Price was reasonable - order the brisket sandwich or chicken fried steak for those times you crave fried southern style chicken.
