Wow! Finally great brisket in central Houston. Perfect bark, moist but not too fatty. Pulled pork also great! Roast turkey moist and peppery. Yum!!!!
Always go for 1 meat plate (brisket) with Mexican corn +tajin :)and green beans. Just love it every time. Been to famous Salt Lick in Austin 1 week ago and was glad to come back to Brookstreet

The bread is so good. The cheddar cheese bacon chive is delicious. The modern grill was really good especially the duck that comes with it.
