First Friday of every month is Food Truck Friday with live music and about 10 or so different food trucks from around the city.

Fried squid appetizer a must; dipping sauce heavenly. Get chicken nugget rice. There's separate menu for drinks! Drink peach green tea. Place looks like lounge. Open till 2 a.m. It's Taiwanese food.

Service and food was amazing! first time here, hidden gem. Try the stuffed jalapeños, Italian sandwich hot, fries, potato salad, and the turkey and bacon and avacado sandwich!

I love this place. Super friendly customer service and the food is always great and plentiful. Favorite deli hands down. Just wish they were closer to home.
Amazing frozen custard. Vanilla custard is my favorite, but their chocolate custard is less melty than I’ve found at other places, so if I get chocolate custard I definitely do it here.
OMG this was my first job and I loved it! the custard is ALWAYS made fresh and the store is kept very clean. my FAVE is the Texas Tornado! also don't forget to bring your dog and ask for a torch!

Agree the frozen mojito is worth a try. Also their homemade salsa is outstanding and very spicy. Bar is cool and outdoor area is nice.
Happy Hour: 4-9pm (Weekdays) $4 Frozen Mojitos and $3 Beer!....just FYI.

One of the best breakfasts in town. Non greasy migas are hard to get in Houston. Pancakes are outstanding. For lunch their patty melt really is the best in town.
Breakfast All Day is the way to my heart. Eggs, pancakes, and several cups of diner coffee..mmm. I recommend the super six. It IS spicy. You're warned.
Breakfast isn't so bad. Though neither the food nor service is as good as the 59 Diner on Shepherd.
We tried the twix mousse cake. Twas delicious. Look forward to the next dessert adventure.
