One loop isn't 3 miles. To be accurate you must start at a mile mark and hit each one along the way. The Mile 0 mark is by the tennis courts.
There is a Men's and Women's locker room with showers and indoor bathrooms. It's near the tennis courts, inside the same building of Smoothie Kings. $0.75 for the showers.
