Don't let the location and questionable exterior fool you. This place is spacious, clean, and friendly to people of all walks of life. And the food...wow. So, so good.
You can't knock a place that gives you meatloaf, fried chicken, green beans, mac n cheese, rosemary bread, and sweet tea for $10.50. You just cant.

Start with the shrimp cocktail (warning, the cocktail sauce is potent!), and grab one of their steaks with a side of green beans. Baked potato is also a solid side. I also like their navy bean soup!

I ordered a 1/2 pastrami and side of green beans and it was $16…are we in NYC?? And the sandwich wasn’t even hot and the cheese wasn’t melted … but the pastrami was good (not great)

Nearest Thai restaurant to me, so I eat take-out here regularly. Unfortunately, it is overpriced & overrated compared to many other north side Thai joints (Jasmine Thai, Thai Orchid, Sawasdee) #truth
OMG! This white boy loves him some ribs! Stopped by and got a small tip dinner with green beans, mac n cheese and added a 1/2 slab of sweet ribs! Holy jeezuhmus! Finger lickin good! Just go here...

Sit at the bar and order a drink (not a beer)! Great spot if you're waiting for a table at the steakhouse or if you've just finished there.
Don't even read the menu. Just get the sliders and mac and cheese.... Okay fine read the menu for the drinks but skip the last page where the food is because you're getting the sliders and mac.
