Lo Cutus: Great location if your are seeing the Chora Church. Peacefully elegant. Not a fan of the Turkish wines but maybe it is an acquired taste.
Steve Outram: Excellent food and service, and a welcome retreat from the busy Chora Church. Try the Seaweed. Free WiFi as well.

Ahmet Hacıoglu: Old parts of Istanbul restored. Many snack and coffee shops interesting small roads etc. We have the time out during Sunday
