Been here many times. Their omakase is top - fancy fish from Tsukiji, love so much LIVE scallop & LIVE shrimp (it is real live). Compare to Manhattan sushi, they are much cheaper. Sake is superb!
Happy hours is pretty cool, I got Japanese whiskey for $ 6 -unbelievable price. Omakase is fantastic, fancy fish, excellent oyster with Michellin star presentation. Better than many NYC sushi places.

The croissants and coffee are the best. Great and classy ambiance. This chocolate pastry is my favorite.
Specialty chocolates. You can see the chef at work through the window. The chocolates are delicious and great quality. Try the fleur de sel truffles and the other hand made chocolates.

Loved the polenta, stuffed peppers and the mussels. The restaurant is a little out of the way, but you won't be disappointed with the food!

Empanadas are all good even the chicken but my favorites are la Havana and la bachata . I also loved the chaufa chicken rice with pastelon on the side too much cheese for me). Brownie was a awesome

I've tried most of their empanada varieties, and I always go back to the traditional chicken. Those are the best, followed by the other traditional varieties. Such nice people, too!
