The Pumpkin Caramel Latte is amazing! I hear they roast the pumpkin themselves, unlike another place who just uses a pumpkin flavored syrup.
Chai the way it's supposed to be made - ground spices and tea. Hands down best I've had. Try it hot or cold as a latte.

Stopped here while passing through KC because it's on buzzfeed's list of coffee shops to visit. Definitely well worth it! Caramel latte was delicious and the baristas were really friendly!

Iced caramel latte
Such a cool space, 3 stories with great coffee/lattes and fresh sandwiches/baked goods that they make all in-house. You can climb up to the roof and eat/drink with great views of downtown.

Hot chai tea is really good, try a croissant toasted on the panini maker! The upstairs is nice and quaint as well.
Skip the cream and sugar and just get a regular coffee. The coffee is great and it's worth tasting.
Disappointed black apron guy trying to be sly. Ordered a skinny caramel latte & they accidentally added caramel drizzle. So instead of explaining or remaking he swirled it in & replaced lid to hide it
Try either a hazelnut white mocha or a triple espresso with a cinnamon and a tea spoon of milk. Both are great.
During the winter when they have salted caramel hot chocolates, you can also ask them to make you a salted caramel mocha. It's not on the menu, but it's awesome!
The north(left) end is very cool, the south end is a bit warmer. The food and service are great.
Bring a jacket lest you freeze!
Good location. Despite being crowded often, always manage to find a space.
