The steaks were the most expensive food item I've ever bought and it was worth every penny. Best jazz in KC. Also, the bartender gives you massive pours of spirits (at least the rye).
Majestic fries are very, very good. I recommend the Salmon BLT, but order the aoli on the side - they go a bit overboard with it.
Don't get the mussels here. They are fishy and tough. Potpie next door has the best mussels in KC. The grits here, drink, and desserts are excellent!!

The fish and chips and gnocchi are amazing. Very knowledgeable wine staff, have a saumonier on staff.

The Melting Pot has specials and a happy hour seven days a week. I recommend the Wisconsin Trio and Spinach & Artichoke cheeses. Also the Bananas Foster, Yin/Yang, and Smores chocolate fondues.

It was great! It's so nice and clean inside. Very friendly staff. Helpful and able to answer all questions. Lovely french pastries, great coffee, and they still had a secret stash of chocolate ale!
