If you like spicy food get the Wow Kung Pao wrap, it's amazing! The first time I tried it I went back for another twice that same week.

Don't get any of the salads. They are not good and are small. Even the salad bowl on the main section is quite small. If you want some salad with your meal, I suggest the Thai lettuce wraps.
Smoked salmon wrap = the best. The goat cheese in it was de-lish! Pancakes are awesome and huge! You may want to share. You'll wait here on a Sunday, but well worth it!

Their healthy menu really means uber healthy... Not worth it. I had the succotash "omelet" which was two egg whites cooked out flat, with raw veggies wrapped in it... no cheese, no moisture.
Great coffee, get the Cold Front in a bottle! Open tables with room to work. Sandwiches and wraps are great for lunch.
Currently the best source of single origin coffees in KC. Roasted not far away in Topeka, PT's has an amazing coffee program.

You can get just about any spice there and you can also pick up something to eat while you're there. Their pita pockets and samosas are the best and the prices are completely affordable.

Southwest chicken wrap is my favorite. Excellent salad bar. Good selection of simple necessities, alcohol, wine, grill items, snacks.
So much going on in this small space. Sandwiches and salad bar (soup & baked potato) for lunch, deli meat for slicing, convenience and grocery store, Roasterie coffee to go and for bagging.
I love the BBQ lettuce wrap.
Best wet BBQ in KC. I have never found the equal of their burnt ends and the beans are pretty awesome!

Start with the pesto Caesar salad and a glass of blanc de blanc. Order the chimichuri skirt steak with Parmesan fries. The Malbec is the perfect pairing. Super friendly staff and chic decor.
