This place is amazing. The Ropa Vieja was phenomenal. Fried plantains, bread (and red sauce), and mango daiquiri were delicious as well!

We were here in April "11", fell in love with this resort, beautiful atmosphere, great service, have the Miami Vice at the beach bar, piña colada/strawberry daiquiri with a splash of Curzon dark rum!

living in New Orleans, not many daiquiri bars offer vodka based frozen drinks. Flying Monkey's Saloon offers a few, I recommend the "grain train" which features all three!

Started with the sataki and mussels which were delicious. For main I tried the grouper which was cooked perfectly and my girlfriend had the paella which was amazing!
