When it come to customer service, you won't find many places that better than Starbucks. Plus, they serve you with great coffee as well. I'm settle for Americano while my wife loves the Fraps.

I find the full breakfast, seafood croquettes and cured salmon platter are really good. Cold brew coffee is really nice, but the white is a bit bitter for my taste. Overall, good food but expensive.
