Most annoying wifi I've ever used. Continually disconnects you after about 5 minutes then the iPhone login screen has to pop up.
smooth check in, friendly staff and comfy rooms with no free wifi unfortunately. Very close to KLCC. Bear in mind what room view you prefer while booking. Ours was over the pool & garden and was nice.
Amazing two bed room apartment with a reasonable price, the Mosaic Resturant downstairs, has a perfect variety buffet, I extremely recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The new YTL expansion is beautiful but the old wing is more preferable for me as it is classic and elegant or in other word, 'majestic'.

Just the way you want a great hotel. An upgrade to Horizon Club is well worth the money. The dinner buffé in Lemon Café is fantastic. Free WiFi for guests in the entire building.

Sushi Zanmai. The best value for money - sushi! Tend to get crowded during lunch / dinner time, so plan ahead!
Parking can be impossible here, especially during the weekends so just head straight to gardens P4 and there is usually plenty of space.
Head to 4th floor to experience 3D and 4D motion simulator rides at X-Rider. Moving seats, wind, snow, and bubbles. The younglings and the young at heart would love this for sure! Read more.

Food is good. Waiters and waitresses are big blurs. Cannot understand and communicate well with the customers. Gets orders wrong. They do not want to share their WiFi. Not worth your money.
