Amy Graff: Chicago vegan legend. Reuben gets all the love but the truffle melt really, yes, melts my heart. Seitan wings are amazing starters and the peanut butter shake is the best end to your vegan junk feast.

Michelle Tarr: The best veggie burger and truffle fries. Try the Madame Geneva's Rhubard Delight. Delish (and I feel like I'm in NY). Great place.
