This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Las Vegas. Been going there for years. Try their albacore and super white tuna sushi - amazing!!!
Sit at the sushi bar - the chefs are awesome. Order the T.O.P. - so good.
The Apple Roll is highly recommended. It's a great lower carb option to traditional sushi with rice.
Tuna sashimi, crab and avocado salad, and swordfish were all great. Lobster Thermidor was underwhelming.
The lobster is fresh & gets flown in daily. The Australian lobster is the best choice, succulent, juicy and sweet!!
There is a giant frog that comes out over the waterfall and sings for the patrons. Odd, but strangely entertaining.
Excellent! Everything I had was phenomenal! No question about it, I'll be coming back every time I'm in town. Garlic Yellowtail - Filet Tataki- Fluke w/ truffle oil.

The NM Cafe patio is now open late on Thurs and Fri nights, for the summer. It’s the perfect place to survey the Strip before heading out to conquer the night. Food + drink specials from 6-9 pm.

The spicy tuna tartar is one of my favorite dishes in Vegas. I would personally go beat up Wolfgang if this was no longer on the menu! :) sooooo gooood, tons of chopped chunky tuna sashimi!
Great little spot inside Crystals. Had a braised rib ravioli with wild mushroom sauce which was the special of the day, which i had with a Moretti La Rossa. Will definitely stop by again

The selection is smaller than usual, the lobster and wine is only on Friday and Saturday nights, but the king crab legs, tuna sushi, prime rib, flat bread and dessert was awesome.
Great view from the rooms, lots of great restaurants. Love the pool(s), also the clubs are great. Best buffet in the strip!!!

Went on Friday night. Club like music great to get you pumped up, but not ideal if you are looking for a calming dinner for two or with the family. Great food, great service... and gave us free desert

We had 8 people here for a 'wedding reception' and loved it. Service was prompt, accommodating and very friendly/fun. We even had one of our guests bring a cake for us. Vegetarian meals too. GREAT!

Make sure to reserve a seat in the atrium. King crab legs are great as well as their perfectly cooked steaks. Beware of dessert as the servings are HUGE!
