Chicken étouffée is on par with what you find in New Orleans, which obviously says a lot considering the food culture down there. Pulled chicken bbq sandwich also outrageously good.

The hot brown pizza is a must-try, as is the s'mores sundae, bananas foster waffle, chocolate fondue, and the fries. The seasoning on the fries is WONDERFUL!
