Amazing. The owners are sociable, smart and coffee savvy and the coffee may just be the best in the city. I'd recommend this place to anyone, no reservations.

Try the regular glazed. It's less air-y than most glazed doughnuts. Better than Spaulding's.
We tried the prawn & avocado and the club sandwiches. Both were fresh and yummy! Give those a whirl when you're in! Courtyard seating is lovely, but I think our server forgot about us so beware!
Expect big prices and tiny portions.

Staff is tooooo chipper. Pseudo-high octane and all "I'm your new best friend." When there are 8 cars in the drive-thru on a Monday morning it is no time for banter. My coffee, please.
