Buford Douglas: Auguste Escoffier invented the Peach Melba at the Savoy Hotel in 1893, dessert of peaches, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. The Savoy Grill sometimes offers it in radically altered form.
Kristina Pham: amazing shellfish bisque and foie gras for starters, beautiful juicy and tender sirloin steak and a succulent cooked to perfection lamb wellington for entrees, waiters have a sense a humour too :)
