I went in looking for guanciale (cured pork cheeks) to make an authentic spaghetti carbonara, and discovered a great range of Italian specialities. There's also a cafe and a range of delicious panini.

Great, unassuming local's deli. Looks like a jam & jelly shop from the outside, but has great sandwiches, salads, soups and ice cream for lunch. Egg salad and Italian salami are tops! Very inexpensive

The best kept secret in Southfields. An unassuming, tiny little place with the most incredible and affordable French pâtisseries and pâte this side of Paris.
Doesn't look like much, but they do the best baguettes. Well worth a visit!
