The hot chocolate is amazing- they put chocolate shavings on top! The cardamom orange chocolate was delicious. And the staff were all singing and dancing around, and super friendly.

The shop has a really strong community vibe. Chocolates are creative- the hazelnut crunch one is my favorite. The hot chocolate is a MUST! The topping of triple-type chocolate shavings is genius.

Nice atmosphere and a good escape from the crowded bars in other surrounding pubs. I've had a couple of dodgy pints though so choose carefully (or drink bottled).

Try the Mercer Pie. A delicious rump steak and mushroom option soaked in a London porter ale for a rich, dark and incredibly tasty gravy. A decent short crust pastry. Recommended.

Service is literally terribly awfully slow but the food is actually worth the wait. Tricky.
They've changed the menu recently and it's much better now, try the thai curry carpaccio, really tasty. Much better service upstairs on the restaurant.
Good, home style food; tasty. Yorkies a bit to long in the ofen, but over all cosy, friendly staff, good choice of drink. Go there if you are around and come back.👍
