This is absolutely not your run-of-the-mill bakery... This is inspired, careful and creative baking served by a smiley, knowledgeable team in a pretty, bright room. Hugely recommended.

A vast selection of bread and pastries. Must try old fashioned social, which is also available in slices. Avocado toast with poached eggs is good too!

I really liked the scones. And the take away egg & onion sandwiches were made on the spot and delicious.
Monmouth coffee, Neal's Yard cheese, Crosstown/St. John's doughnuts and a great selection of fresh and dried artisan pastas, breads etc. as well as great sandwiches. What's not to love?
Lovely deli. Lovely food. I conur with all the comments, I've been here 20 times and service is always slow and the staff try their hardest to be miserable. Also slightly pricey.

Discovered a lovely new place in Islington. Great coffee - freshly ground per cup. Australian style brunch. Monthly local art & live jazz on Thursday.
Pork tenderloin, mushroom croquettes, chorizo pincho and scallops with Serrano ham were all delightful.

Lovely hidden gem in East London. Nice peanut butter cronut but a little bit too oily. They sell amazing challah and bagels, I was actually more impressed by the pastries than the cronuts
A proper local secret. Seems to mainly wholesale and is off the main road, behind a block of flats. Lovely pastries, muffins, cakes, buns n bread ooo yeh.
