Hidden gem. One of the best Indian meals we had in London. Prices are reasonable too.

Located near the old palace and near the river - away from the crowds. Good spot for a pub lunch with outdoor seating in the back. Friendly service. Club sandwich is a good choice.

Has an interesting menu of well cooked food. The wooden floors makes the restaurant a little noisy this was more than compensated for by the very helpful and friendly staff.

seems to be a sister pub of Wheatsheaf in Esher, or the other way round. Good food and drinks, won’t be disappointed.
A great little find! Fantastic food and service and plenty of gluten free options for me. No big fuss when I told them I was coeliac, knew the answers to what was/wasn't suitable immediately.
Food is very rich here, if you're into healthy food, maybe look somewhere else.
If you're vegan and would like something icy in the interval, you can ask for their mango sorbet.

Mammoth-sized fish and chips or sticky ribs are well worth a try. Get a pint of 1549 to go with them - its a very tasty house brew.
