I had a perfect cheeseburger, very tasty (onion relish is great), just the right size and well constructed, so that it is actually possible to eat it with your hands (which is not always the case)

Just like in Paris. But in the center of London. :) Tasty desserts and good coffee. You can also have some traditional onion soup, baguette sandwiches and salads.
Food is really good! If you dorm want to spend much, don't ask for meat. Onion soup and beef tartar were delicious! Desserts were work of arts!

Not a gastropub at all. Food is below than in average pub. We tried warm ham, onion soup and rump cheeseburger.
The best gastro pub in North London. If the jerk chicken is on the menu have it. You won't regret it. Heath and his staff demonstrate how pubs can and should be run. Dog friendly. Five stars.
My God these pastries were goooood..got the cheese n green onion one..the praline and the plum one..all perfect..decent coffee too. Limited seating space.
Favorite patisserie product of all –the Marmite and cheese swirl. Deliciously tart, the flaky pastry is wound tightly around layers of Schlossberg, slices of sweet spring onion, and Marmite.

You would not expect this cute restaurant in between curry houses. The food quality is high as well as the friendly service, prices are very reasonable as well. Can definitely recommend this place.

Delicious steak and gourmet sides. We had the lamb leg and the ribeye steak as main, and courgette (goats curd and mint) and potatoes (capers and onions) as sides. I recommend wholeheartedly.
A butchers shop by day and a restaurant by night serving excellent cuts of meat. Some of the best steak I've had in London served with great seasonal veg. Concise and reasonably priced wine list too.
