The rotisserie chicken was succulent and packed with flavour, the different side dishes were authentic and very good as well. A Middle Eastern feast in a cozy, casual atmosphere.
Friendly staff. Iraqi hummus is out of this world. I would also recommend the lamb pita “it’s better than the chicken”. The rotisserie chicken is heavenly. You can’t go wrong here.

All the Mediterranean products you can think of, fresh halal butcher, rotisserie chicken and a fresh hot food and desserts counter as well. They even have an Asian foods section! #mindblowing
You can find a lot of products which are difficult to find in other places.
Incredible coffee, olive oil selection, deli, groceries. Ignore every other food shop in Kentish Town, just go to Phoenicia!

My stew was inconsistently hot, which made me picture the dish being reheated in a microwave. Staff and decor are lovely though.

Great place to nab a drink after the Barbican. Feels like a country pub in the middle of the city. Their house bitter is decent, but it's really the tweed decked staff that make the place
