Johannes: Try the black sesame muffins!
Christian: Love this place so much. A little japanese oasis in Haggerston. If you manage to find it, try the matcha or black sesame cheesecake and the corresponding/complementary latte. Lovely pottery too!
Afonso Duarte: Perfect place for children: plenty of scaled down furniture, toys, and outdoors space by the canal. The udon noodles with sesame are one of my favourite dishes, Japanese omelette a close second.

Nat M: Perfect for a quiet weekday brekkie. Creamy eggs, smoked salmon & a side of sesame & lemon avocado. Only complaints: meal was served on a tiny plate & sourdough bread, though tasty, was too hard!
Nargess Vahdat: Excellent eggs and delicious avocado with chilli flakes and black sesame all on toasted sourdough. Yumm!
Missy: I love it here! Food is amazing, the Parma ham truffle eggs are insane and the chai latte is a winner. They have wifi so you can work here too!

Bill 熊ビル: Tonkotsu Ramen here was quite good compared to the "Tonkotsu" shop at Dean St. Love the apron thing and the sesame bottle
Lisa: As usual, fabulous appetizers. Must try the Kimchi guinea fowl, sesame pork bones and fried chicken. Tonkotsu ramen is also delish. Probably the best tonkotsu in London. Better than Shoryu.
Luisa Los Santos: Get the crab & pork bones to start. And the black sesame ice cream to finish.

A L: Go here! The loveliest service, free flowing green tea, delicious food. The Nasu Goma (eggplant with sesame paste) is worth trying, unctuous and intense.
Jonathan Smith: The nasu goma (aubergine and sesame) is delicious, and the sushi fresh and well prepared. Only had take-out, but impressed so plan to check out the restaurant soon.
Emin Hasanov: Nice cosy place, delicious sushi. Terrace is especially beautiful.

Ol O: Great tofu salad with homemade sesame dressing. Green tea ice cream is a must!
Stefanie Colburn: Shocking service. But the food makes up for it. The sushi is very fresh and quick. Pork Katsu not as great as reviews say. Black sesame seed ice cream a must try
Harry Earle-Mundil: Biggest inari I've ever seen! Great prices, salmon skin roll not so good

Karam: Give the teas and starters a go. The sesame aubergine 🍆 is a must!
Ralph Mallett: Delicious Bao, (including a vegan option) sharing plates and cocktails. Try their signature beer, a lychee pale ale. Not as odd as it sounds!
Malay Nagda: Nice Bao and vegetarian options too! Great starters too.

Angela Liu: The restaurant that i keep going back - everything is great and my personal favourite is the cold udon with sweet tofu with a side of sesame sauce (bomb!)
David A. Symons: Omg! 🤤 best udon in London 🍜 broth is second to none. Can’t wait to go back! Be prepared to queue, its popular and a small venue.
