Love the first one & this one is even sexier. The windows are huge for a perfect view of the water looking at NYC. The menu is simple but good. Prices are fair have a different happy hour each day.

$5 glasses of tap water on the rooftop, be careful. Ask for marciel, he's 23 but a rockstar.
