Great simple Indian food - we had dahi Puri, kale pakodas, chilli paneer Tikka, Dal makhani and garlic naan and all of them were delicious.
Really delicious, authentic Indian food. Some of the best we’ve had in NYC (and we’ve eaten a lot of Indian food). Gets crowded fast- make a reservation ahead of time or you’ll be in line forever.
High quality Indian food at a very reasonable price. Highlights were the dahi puri, lamb seekh kebab, goat biryani, and saag paneer. Staff is super nice and helpful!
Get the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered cocktail shrimps, grilled octopus, grilled salmon, fried calamari, and grilled oysters for three people, it was great and delicious.

Hands down, the garlic bread pizza w/ sesame seed crust is in my Top 5 of NYC slices EVER, and I don't really even like crust. Super chill & nice dudes behind the counter. A hidden gem worth the trek!
Any pizza. We tried the cheese, grandmas, and Mushroom. All were delicious!!
After having their sesame seed-studded crust, you will wonder why all pizza crusts don't have that same delightful touch of roasted nuttiness.

Best time to go is right before sunset and sit by a table near the windows. Drinks are really good, try the mojitos and sangritas
The menu includes chorizo mac and cheese, tostone nachos, scallops with pork belly, and a $17 burger topped with bacon and guacamole. It's a fun menu, but the main draw here is the stunning view.
The watermelon martini is definitely what you're looking for if you want a refreshing drink to save you from this summer heat.

Disagree with comment about service. It can be hectic sometimes because it's popular and yet I find everyone very friendly. It's a great traditional 24 hr diner. Cherish it.
