The Lamb with salt (not garlic) and black cod are a must. Be sure to order an overflowing glass or two or three of kurosawa sake with your meal. I was a nanbankan addict for months!
Get a seat by the bar. Faster service and you get to watch the chefs cook up your skewers. I always get the nanbanyaki, chicken tail and lamb.
Always fresh and delicious. Their Jamie Oliver Food Revolution burgers and veggie options are good. The breakfast burrito cant be beat. This is a place more for food than ambience.

Great selection. Everything we ordered - from the salmon sashimi, the Tuna Carpaccio to the tempura (that was perfectly tried) - was excellent. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Ask for the hanabi "J.J. Style" ,it is with the "dyno-mite!" Sauce.

Sushi is average at best. Service is awful not worth it. The waitress and manager are just rude and not courteous at all. What a waste of precious time. Should have gone to@ Iwata Sushi.
Last week I was served the worst soft shell crab I ever tasted. Cold, mushy and very greasy. I will never be back here again. Sumo Sushi here I come!
