Sit at the sushi bar in front of owner chef Saito-san. He's one of five oldest original LA sushi chefs and has been around since the Horikawa and Shibucho days. His fresh Ikura in zuke is the best.

One of the best sushi meals I've ever had. It very, very pricey but just perfect to celebrate a special occasion.

Amazingly good all you can eat sushi deal. Some of the baked rolls are a touch intense for my liking - stick to the hand rolls.
The adventurous meal is well worth its pricey tag. Expect pristine quality seafood like live octopus, monkfish liver, and several preparations of uni. Also, maybe the best toro you've ever tried.
