Saltado de Mariscos... my favorite meal in Los Angeles.
Lomo Saltado if you're into beef. For seafood try the Jalea De Mariscos. Ceviche is also excellent.

I don't mean to brag, but my frame of reference when it comes to bacon is vast. They have exceptional bacon here! Nice and crispy. My sandwich was delicious. And Miriam is super nice! I'll be back!
